GP Academy Letter 250816: Correspondence With a High-IQ Libtard

Not actually Phil but close
My deceased sister’s ex-husband, Phil, is a retired PhD in clinical chemistry. He wears his liberalism like a badge of honor and exudes that soft, pedantic arrogance that presumes expertise in all matters.
I thought I’d have a little fun and emailed him the following. Note that I did not say that I agreed with the post that I reference below, simply that I found it alarming.
“Hi Phil,
“I just read this Substack post and found it rather alarming, to say the least. With your background you're the perfect guy to verify or debunk this. If you have the time, of course. Let's keep in touch. Take care, Gordon”
Phil replied:
“Thank you for considering me in your quest to understand the issue of vaccinations.
“The established scientific community has accepted the legitimacy of messenger RNA based vaccines, widely credited with the rapid development of the response to the Covid Pandemic and the concomitant saving of millions of lives.
“I know there are plenty of conspiracy theories out there. That the attack on the Capitol was a love fest by Trump supporters, that Oswald was part of a conspiracy and did not act alone, that Ukraine started the war with Russia, that global warming is a hoax, that NASA faked the moon landing… and I am glad that there are those who research them for some vestige of the truth to eventually legitimize their time, and I wish them well.
“But for me, I decide for myself who the experts are and listen to them very carefully. I know I will make mistakes and change course when the facts lead me to change my mind. That is science.
“I am disappointed (but not surprised) that you lend any credence to the work of an antivaxxer. As you know, the appointed Secretary of Health and Human Services is widely considered to be partial to antivaxxer dogma, or should I say, propaganda.
“I hope that you have not gone so far as to prohibit the vaccination of yourself or your family members. In short, I know enough about the issue to not want to seek out those who favor it.“
In Summary
In the final sentence Phil admits that he will not investigate the matter further since he already knows enough about the vaxx to confirm its legitimacy and its necessity.
Meanwhile the vaxxed are dying in droves all over the planet from the lipid nanoparticles, SV40 spike protein contamination and God knows what else contained in these clot shots.
But Phil has no clue. This is a guy with a PhD education, a high IQ, a life spent reading published academic papers, a nice home paid for in full on a career as a government employee, and no understanding of real history, nor of the history we’re currently living through.
Phil has spent his entire life inside The Truman Show and, like all faithful Trumanians, has no idea where he is.
I won’t pursue this any further other than to thank him for his generous reply.
There is nothing you can do to reason with an individual like this. There is no book I could send him (like this one) that he would even read for he is already “disappointed” in me, but not “surprised.”
I share this simply to illustrate the stark divide between the “left” and the “right.” The rift is irremediable and will likely result in widespread social unrest.
Armstrong’s computer is forecasting that we may not have a presidential election in 2028 and that wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
