I could spend days discussing the extent to which the American government has lied to the American people on just about every conceivable subject.

Indeed, much of the history of this country has been a lie, packaged in a con job and wrapped in a cover up.

The following statement was made in February of 1981 by then Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), William J. Casey, to President Ronald Wilson Reagan at a meeting in the West Wing of the White House.

Attending that meeting was Barbara Honegger, Special Assistant to the Office of Policy Development, who related the remark to her friend and Senior White House Correspondent, Sarah McLendon.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.”

Let me now share a short list of major public psychological operations conducted by the CIA. Note that I am not addressing the many dozens of coups led by the CIA against foreign nations in the interest of “regime change.”

A good read on that subject is Confessions Of An Economic Hitman by John Perkins.

I am speaking here only of psychological operations conducted against the American people who financed these subversive activities with their hard earned taxes.

The 1969 Apollo Moon Landing

President John Fitzgerald Kennedy had told the world that the United States would put a man on the moon within a decade.

The problem was that the U.S. badly lagged behind the Soviets in the co-called “space race.”

It became necessary to create a civilian space agency—now known as NASA—in the form of a multi-billion dollar production company to keep the public fascinated with giant rockets, thunderous blast-offs and imperiled astro-guys—the government’s real life version of Industrial Light & Magic—while actual trips to the moon could be conducted quietly using technology beyond the public’s wildest imagination as discussed elsewhere in this piece.

Then visit Bart Sibrel’s website and watch his videos, including “A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Moon” in which the moon landing fraud is proven via raw videotape inadvertently released by NASA and showing tricky astro-guys in low Earth orbit faking a journey to the Moon.

Then read Sibrel’s latest book, “Moon Man: The True Story of a Filmmaker On The CIA Hit List” in which he reveals that the moon landing hoax was filmed in 1968 on a sound stage in a large hanger at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico, and attended personally on the first day of shooting by none other than President Lyndon Baines Johnson who, as Vice President to President John Kennedy, had personally coordinated his boss’s daylight public execution, and was then swept into the Oval Office himself by a grieving American public.

As the saying goes, you couldn’t make this stuff up.
