In Closing

And so we reach the end of this series on the next end of civilization. From our caveman ancestors through the Kardashians, it’s been quite an adventure.

After a great deal of reflection, it appears to your author:

• THAT we live in a conscious universe.

• THAT our sun is conscious.

• THAT all stars are conscious and, like neurons in the human brain, constitute a connected, galactic mind.

• THAT what we call reality is a controlled experiment that is thought into existence by a super consciousness that we cannot possibly comprehend.

• THAT cyclically recurring patterns that should not exist in a random universe—both on Earth and in space—are proof that reality is both manufactured and intentional.

• THAT one of these patterns is a 12,000+ year clock cycle which causes every star in the universe—including our own—to nova simultaneously.

• THAT each recurring solar nova coincides with the reversal of Earth’s magnetic poles.

• THAT Earth’s rotation is generated by a planetary geomagnetic field emanating from a core of plasma at the center of the Earth and that, when the field flips, our planet reverses rotation.

• THAT each reversal causes global crust displacement and upheavals, earthquakes, volcanoes and transcontinental floods that annihilate most of humanity and reset civilization.

• THAT energy as we know it is hyper concentrated information, and that mass is hyper concentrated energy.

• THAT there is no such thing as a vacuum or empty space, but a field of limitless information.

• THAT our thoughts and memories are not stored in our brains, but reside within the universal mind.

• THAT the conscious awareness that we each identify as “self”—and which religion calls the soul—is our true self.

• THAT we are not a body with a soul, but a soul inhabiting a body.

• THAT each of us is the universe's way of expressing itself through the space that we occupy.

• THAT if the consciousness that represents each of us is a part of the One, and if the One has always existed, then it stands to reason that each of us has always existed, and always will.

• THAT each of us is here, in this life at this time, to discover who we really are.

• THAT our trip this time around is just another ride on the Great Rollercoaster of eternity.

Q: What did the Buddhist say to the hot dog vendor?
A: “Make me one with everything.”

Q: And what did the vendor say?
A: “Keep the change.”

A final thought: perhaps humanity as a whole is given the opportunity every 12,000+ years—think of this as an IQ test—to evolve to a sufficiently advanced spiritual plane to depart this small, blue world and travel to the stars to meet our neighbors, or to be exterminated and not allowed to infect the rest of the universe.

It looks like homo sapiens didn’t quite get it right this time. But we’ll be back to try again. Maybe next time… who knows?
