A Note From Gordon: I‘m convinced that the rabid left will do anything to get back into the White House in 2028 and will pull stunts that the public isn’t remotely prepared for. For the left it’s all out war, and they don’t care who dies in the process.

I’m equally persuaded that, among the scores of young men with military bearing who entered America along with millions of other undocumented types under Comrade Joseph Bidenski, are “sleeper cells” who will be activated when the time is right.

Might be a good idea for concerned families to get the heck out of densely populated areas while the getting is good.

Sell your inflated exurban home at a profit before the realty market correction shifts into 2^nd gear, then use that “free” money to buy a modest country bungalow for cash, plus tools, precious metals and a couple years’ worth of food.

Now you have less square footage to vacuum and dust, lower maintenance costs, you’re farther from the “madding crowd,” you’re well prepped, and you’ve probably got a bunch of terrific neighbors.

All paid for, “on the house,” thanks to suppressed interest rates and natural human greed that has driven realty prices far above historical price-to-income ratios.
