Notes From Gordon: The Future According to Gordodamus ;-)
ATTENTION SPAN ALERT: This piece is slightly longer than normal and make take as many as 4 minutes to read. Please plan accordingly.
Dear Friends,
Huzzah! What exciting times we live in.
Trump is almost taken down by a porn-viewing gamer kid with no social media, a bomb in his car, a surveillance drone and the ability to carry a ladder and a rifle into a highly secure area and miss a shot that I could easily have made at 12 years old with my grandfather’s bolt action Remington .22 loaded with a 2,000 fps magnum rimfire round and iron sights.
Then Biden 2.0 (3.0?) is taken down by the Dem apparatus, perhaps to get him out of the public spotlight before his brain wanders off and reveals a gem of truth in real-time that could sink the swamp.
As for what lies ahead, wouldn’t it be awesome to know the future before it happens?
Maybe not in a manner quite as fatidic as an Edgar Cayce, but something more akin to Nostradamus after a few beers.
And not necessarily to know when something is going to happen since that is where we tend to make fools of ourselves, but to know what almost certainly will happen based on history, trend analysis and familiarity with the criminal plutocratic mind.
Careful there, Phillips.
They say ‘it takes one to know one’… are you indicting yourself? ;-)
Not at all, dear ones, it’s simply the result of having read over 5,000 books that explain the world we’ve been living in.
Here are a few of the more popular “conspiracy” books in my collection.

How about understanding the income tax? Like… who really owes it? Trust me, you don’t want to know.

Then there’s the ever popular War Of Northern Aggression that established the precedent of the imperial presidency under far less than Honest Abe.

The result of being disturbingly overeducated is the ability to step into the Gucci shoes of a megalomaniac member of a dynastic clan dating back centuries—whose sole objective it is to control the world—and to anticipate how they intend to steer the little people precisely where they want them to go.
Sadly, this herding of the masses has been risibly easy to do throughout recorded history, for the lumpen when acting as a collective (we call this society) are emotional, easily angered, deeply uneducated about their own history (actually any history) and tend to process reality at the level of a 5th grader.
The great libertarian philosopher and longshoreman, Eric Hoffer, summed up the passions of the masses in the following quotes from the pages of his classic The True Believer.
Take a minute, dear reader, and savor these as one would a juicy steak (or, if a member of PETA, a raw radish).
“Those who see their lives as spoiled and wasted crave equality and fraternity more than they do freedom. If they clamor for freedom, it is but freedom to establish equality and uniformity. The passion for equality is partly a passion for anonymity: to be one thread of the many which make up a tunic; one thread not distinguishable from the others. No one can then point us out, measure us against others and expose our inferiority.
“For men to plunge headlong into an undertaking of vast change, they must be intensely discontented yet not destitute, and they must have the feeling that by the possession of some potent doctrine, infallible leader or some new technique they have access to a source of irresistible power. They must also have an extravagant conception of the prospects and the potentialities of the future. Finally, they must be wholly ignorant of the difficulties involved in their vast undertaking. Experience is a handicap.”
“What monstrosities would walk the streets were some people's faces as unfinished as their minds.”
Oooh, that was good. Almost makes me want to have a cigarette, and I stopped smoking 57 years ago.
Perhaps it would be helpful to summarize where we find ourselves today.
The bond market is broken.
There is zero intention on the part of governments the world over of ever paying back many trillions of dollars in sovereign debt.
The multi-trillion dollar derivatives complex is teetering on the brink of implosion.
The elite need to hit the big RESET BUTTON in the sky, torch the global economy, ramp up a war, create a Bretton Woods 2.0 and usher in a new global currency to be spawned by the United Nations and rendered in a programmable, digital form so as to eliminate all privacy and enslave every taxpayer worldwide.
Ultimately, all of nature will be commoditized and owned / controlled by sovereign wealth funds and international fund managers
En route from here to there, sovereign payment obligations need to be trimmed and every last farthing of taxes sucked out of the underground economy which loses about 30% in unreported transactions annually.
But there are solutions to be had!
Eliminating a large chunk of the global populace through engineered pandemics, poisonous vaccines and war will reduce the amount of benefits that need to be paid out in government social and welfare programs.
That should save a few trillion right there.
As for grabbing every last electron of taxes while shutting off the digital wallets of protesters and dissidents and thereby rendering them unable to purchase food, guns or gasoline, a Central Bank Digital Currency, whether issued by the Fed, a money center bank or the UN, will do nicely.
As for dealing with the populist wrecking ball that is Trump, assuming that he makes it into the Offal Office without his home in Mar-a-lago being attacked by a swarm of Iranian drones carrying C-4 or Semtex, the Commiecrats will do everything in their power to:
Slow walk his every intended move.
Crash the economy and dump it on him.
Ratchet up World War III as Russia, China, Iran and North Korea all team up.
Raise up a savior to defend and rescue America in the election of 2028.
What will the average American do in the face of all this?
Continue to keep their life savings in banks and brokerage accounts?
Pretty much.
Sell everything now, go to cash, downsize fast, get off the grid and hedge like crazy?
Unlikely.
I’ll leave you with a last word from Mr. Hoffer.
“When hopes and dreams are loose in the streets, it is well for the timid to lock doors, shutter windows and lie low until the wrath has passed. For there is often a monstrous incongruity between the hopes, however noble and tender, and the action which follows them. It is as if ivied maidens and garlanded youths were to herald the four horsemen of the apocalypse.”
MAGA, anyone?
