The RISE Reader: Chit Chat Sunday

Dear Ones,

I love a full plate of tasks, chores, projects and other activities, don’t you?

Like that guy on the old Ed Sullivan Show keeping multiple plates spinning?

And then I was reminded of that less than great WWI French military guy, Ferdinand Foch, who when hopelessly surrounded proclaimed, “J’attaque!”

Which naturally led me to launch a bookkeeping business for my daughter, Liberty, only to see if take off like a bottle rocket.

Lest my plates begin to wobble, I though I’d skip preparing anything special for this Sunday night’s RISE meetup, so let’s just get together and chat.

Suggested topics of conversation might include:

• In the short term, Karmela wins the 2024 election and the red states go insane. Or DJT wins and the blue states go insane. Then the Dems prevent him from taking office and the red states go insane. A wild time to be had by all!

• In the medium term, NATO prods Russia into WWIII and the financial markets rock ‘n roll. Still holding dollars? Repeat after me, “Our father…”

• In the longer term, the coming Ice Age when Earth’s geomagnetic field reverses polarity, which is the overarching reason for all the insanity we see today (…but don’t tell anyone, OK?).

• Or anything else you’d care to discuss.

Because, seriously people, where else can you carry on such fun and engaging conversations on subjects like this?
