There’s nothing like a juicy hot dog—containing pulverized hog snout and entrails, spiked with nitrates and MSG, served on a bleached flour bun baked with high PUFA seed oils, and topped with GMO ketchup and mustard loaded with high fructose corn syrup—to appreciate how our benevolent overlords set aside a special day each year when we peons can relax and forget about toiling to subsidize their imaginary money.
